Did you know that a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome drastically reduces the child's chances for survival? The termination rate averages around 90% for those children with a prenatal diagnosis!
What a tragedy...

It is a tragedy. I have been richly blessed by children with Down Syndrome.
That is such a heartbreaking statistic. When you consider that for most babes in the womb, their chances of survival are increased by prenatal diagnoses of medical conditions. :-(
